On Saturday 19th August, we saw a new anomaly appear in Tomato Town and the return of the Tomato Head earlier today (Sunday 19th August), but not as we’ve seen it before. It’s not clear at the moment what this resembles, but it looks like a new event has been found by @FNLeak on Twitter, which has something to do with ‘Tomato’. Here are the files that were found:
It seems as though this Tomato Event will take place on 27th August, 2pm ET but it is not yet known what this event will be. This could be the day we see the return of the old Tomato Head in its rightful place, or something else entirely.
There will be an update next week in which v5.3 will go live, most likely on Tuesday, and there is a possibility that more files will be added that will reveal more about this event. Epic have not officially announced anything about the event and this is pure speculation, but the files have been found by @FNLeak, a trusted leaker.
