A new concept item, the First Aid Kit, was submitted by Walteerr on Reddit. This item is not to be confused with the Med Kit, which is already in Fortnite.
The First Aid Kit would contain any of the following healing or armour items:
- Bandages
- Slurp Juice
- Med Kit
- Shield Potion
- Mini Shield Potion
- Chug Jug
Walteerr suggests that these kits should be like the Ammo Boxes in Fortnite and should be found in random places on the map.
It could be argued that there is no need for this item, as the rarity of the healing/armour supplies at the moment is fine as it is. However, there are many players in Fortnite that do not loot Ammo Boxes and so there will be many First Aid Kits that could also be left unlooted, thus keeping a healthy balance in the game. It will also be more rewarding for players that do take the time to loot and find the smaller items.

We think that this concept could work, if the chances of finding healing/ armour items is reduced in other places. Having First Aid Kits containing one healing/ armour item could scatter the items out across the map more.
