The Fortnite Season 8, Week 10 challenges will go live at 3:30 PM BST, however the challenges were leaked by dataminers ahead of time. It’s unlikely any of the leaked challenges for week 10 will change.
One of the week 10 challenges requires players to “launch through flaming hoops with a cannon”. Pirate cannons were added to Fortnite Battle Royale at the beginning of Season 8. The pirate cannon can be pushed around the map, and players can either shoot cannonballs or they can launch themselves. In order to complete this challenge, players need to launch themselves using the cannon through three flaming hoops. Here’s the locations of the flaming hoops to launch yourself through.

In order to complete the “launch through flaming hoops with a cannon” challenge, players need to launch themselves through three different flaming hoops, and they must go through the flaming hoop.
Although you only need to launch yourself through three flaming hoops, we’ve marked the location of seven different flaming hoops found around the Fortnite map which you can see below.
All Fortnite Flaming Hoop Locations
You’ll be able to find a flaming hoop directly above the pirate ship that’s located in the middle of Lazy Lagoon. There’s also a flaming hoop south west of the volcano, one on the south side of Loot Lake, south west of Pleasant park near the closest mountain, one on top of where Greasy Grove used to be close to the black roof top just above the ice, south west of Salty Springs near the closest mountain and one north of Paradise Palms just west of the large mountain.
Flaming Hoop Locations List
- On top of the Pirate Ship at Lazy Lagoon
- South west of the volcano, south of the lava near a small hill
- The smaller mountain south west of Pleasant Park
- On top of the frozen over Greasy Grove near the shop with the black roof top showing above the ice
- South west of Salty Springs, south of the smaller mountain
- East of the pirate camp in the desert biome, north of Paradise Palms. The hoop is just off the edge of the large mountain on the west side.
There could be more flaming hoops on the map, however you only need to launch yourself through three of them.
If you fail to actually launch yourself through a flaming hoop due to where you launch yourself from and not predicted the drop accurately, you can move the pirate cannon so you’re close to the flaming hoops, or place the cannon almost directly under a flaming hoop and launch yourself up.
