Here is the new challenge that has been released in Fortnite for Day 12 of the Winterfest Event and the reward for completing it.
It is now Day 12 of the Winterfest Event in Fortnite, which means that there aren’t many challenges left to be released and the Event will be ending on the 6th January, so make sure you claim your free presents before the event ends and complete all the challenges to get your exclusive cosmetics.
Here are all of the challenges that have been released so far for the Winterfest Event. You can click on some of the challenges for a guide to complete them if you need help.
- Deal damage to opponents with a Snowball Launcher (200)
- Stoke a Campfire (1)
- Eliminations with an Unvaulted Weapon (5)
- Hide inside a Sneaky Snowman in different matches (2)
- Warm yourself by the fireplace in the Winterfest Cabin (1)
- Dance at Holiday trees in different Named Locations (5)
- Search a chest within 60 seconds after landing from the Battle Bus (1)
- Use Presents! (2)
- Open Frozen Loot (1)
- Deal damage to opponents with a Lump of Coal (1)
- Destroy a Sneaky Snowman with a Lightsaber or Pickaxe (1)
FORTNITE WINTERFEST DAY 12 CHALLENGE
A new challenge has been released today and in order for you to see it, you will need to search the Holiday Stocking that is hanging by the fireplace in the Cabin. Here is the Day 12 challenge you will need to complete:
You will have noticed that there are some snowflake decorations that have been added in different places around the map when this event has started and you will need to destroy three of the snowflake decorations in order to complete the challenge.

FORTNITE WINTERFEST DAY 12 REWARD
As soon as you have completed the challenge, you will unlock the Snow Crystal Back Bling. This cosmetic is of Epic rarity and has the description, “One festive flake” and here is what it looks like:
There are four more challenges that will be released for this event and four different cosmetics left to earn, one of which is an exclusive Glider. We will let you know as soon as the other challenges have gone live in the game.
